    Pam Werstler, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPBC

    Pam Werstler is the president/owner of Acorn to Oak Consulting, a leader in people optimization.  She was over 20 years of Human Resources experience.

    Pam holds the SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional), SPHR (Senior Professional of Human Resources and CPBC (Certified Professional Business Coach).  She is also DiSC certified.  She is currently working on her mediation certification.

    Pam served on the Board of the Tennessee Valley Chapter of SHRM for 14 years,  as president for 4 years and Legislative Director.  She served on the Alabama SHRM State Council for 12 years, including State Director, Co-Legislative Director and Conference Chair. 

    She is actively involved in her community and serves on both the City of Decatur Personnel Board and the Morgan County Personnel Review Board.  She sits on the Executive Board of the Morgan County Volunteer Center.
