    Overview:  To make a strategic impact on an organization, Human Resource professionals must learn to think beyond the administrative and operational responsibilities of the profession.   The purpose of HR Metrics 101 will be to provide an introduction to metrics and demonstrate their usefulness.   HR metrics help HR professionals speak the language of business and gain support for and show the value of HR projects. 

     Learning Objectives:

                    Recognize the correlation between strategy and HR metrics

                    Understand the basic definition and calculation of common HR metrics

                    Select and utilize meaningful HR metrics that will impact the organization

    HR Metrics 101 will help HR professionals think strategically.  The seminar is more than simply identifying ways to measure results of projects.  This seminar is designed to add to an HR professional’s body of knowledge by focusing on the strategic application of HR metrics.  How can tracking numbers help HR be a strategic contributor to the company’s overall goals?
