    Kelvin Terry began working for the US Department of Labor in 1995.  He was originally assigned as a Benefits Advisor and has been promoted to Senior Benefits Advisor.  Kelvin on a daily basis provides information, guidance, and assistance to employee benefit plan administrators, participants, beneficiaries, the general public and other government agencies concerning the various laws enforced by the Employee Benefits Security Administration.

    Kelvin has a Bachelor of Business Degree in Management from Fort Valley State University.  Mr. Terry has also completed Graduate Studies at Georgia College.  Mr. Terry retired from the United States Armed Forces with more than 20 years of Commissioned Officer Service.
