    GEORGE GRABRYAN EMERGENCEY MANAGEMENT
    George has served as the Emergency Management Agency and E-911 Director for the City of Florence and Lauderdale County since 1999.  In this position, George is responsible for the day-to-day management of over 30 employees in addition to all program areas for the Lauderdale County 911 system.  The Lauderdale County 911 Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) currently dispatches all agencies within Lauderdale County with the exception of the City of Florence Police Department and the contract ambulance service.  George is currently working with the Florence Police Department toward the completion of a centralized dispatch center for the county.

    SARAH GROGAN BCBS WELLNESS
    Sarah Grogan is a Wellness Analyst with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama.  She works with over 100 employer groups and helps them design, implement, and analyze wellness programs.  Before working at BCBSAL, she was the Outreach Coordinator at Susan G. Komen North Central Alabama where she focused on Hispanic outreach in 38 Alabama counties.  Sarah has a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and a master’s degree in Public Health.  She will finish her second master’s degree in 2017.

    The presentation is an overview of the wellness programs offered by BCBSAL.  Since most employers have BCBSAL as their primary insurance carrier, this presentation will provide an introduction into the value added programs currently available to their employees.
