SPHR-focused content. Well, it turns out we can't do this HR thing ourselves. We need some help. Whether it comes in the form of outsourcing, consultant support, technology, or other service providers, we all need help to be able to carry out our duties with no service interruptions for the business. In this session, tailored for SPHR-level professionals, we will look at vendor evaluation and selection best practices, as well as some examples of the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to using outside support for our HR practices.
