AIDT, the state’s top-ranked job-training agency, will be offering Leadership Skills I, II, and III at the Shoals Center for Business & Economic Development, 20 Hightower Place, Florence, Alabama (for a map, click  Directions to SEDA Office).  Please see the course descriptions and dates offered below.  

Leadership Skills I -- is the recommended first course for first-line, team leads and/or new supervisors. The class is offered in a 2-day format. There is a comprehensive test given after the class. If passed, the exam offers the credential of “AIDT Certified Leader I”. It is designed for employed Alabama citizens currently in leadership positions.

Leadership Skills II -- is a follow-up course to Leadership Skills I, and includes more advanced topics of supervision. The class is offered in a 2-day format.  There is a comprehensive test given after the class, and if passed offers the credential of “AIDT Certified Leader II”. LEADERSHIP SKILLS I MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO TAKING LEADERSHIP SKILLS II.

Leadership Skills III -- is a one-day course that is a follow-up to Leadership Skills I & II.  LEADERSHIP SKILLS II MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO TAKING LEADERSHIP SKILLS III.

March 27-28, 2018 – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Leadership Skills III (One-Day Course)

March 29, 2018 – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The cost is only $35.00 per person to attend any of the classes.  The cost includes lunch and snacks.
