Many issues have arisen that have changed the way we do business and go about our daily lives, from work to home, related to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

This two part presentation focuses on the importance of the consideration of minority groups such as women in an effective safety program. First the focus is on unique safety hazards that affect women at higher rates than men and how to control these hazards. The second part of the presentation focuses on the importance of these considerations, how unconscious bias negatively affects the workplace, best practices on increasing engagement within all groups of an organization and how diversity leads to success.
