I wanted to let you know about a very “hot topic” free continuing education webinar that my partner, Brett Adair, and I will be presenting at the end of this month.  During the webinar, we will be discussing the current status of COVID-19 issues, mandatory and voluntary vaccination policies, recommended workplace practices and more.  Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Occupational Safety and Health Act will be among the laws discussed.  One hour of insurance continuing education credit is available for the states of Alabama, Florida and Mississippi and applications for CE credit are pending in California, Georgia and Texas.
