The Importance of Morals and Ethics in the Claims Industry and Beyond
During this course, attorney Melisa Zwilling will discuss several issues concerning ethics including the consequences of unethical behavior, why people engage in unethical conduct and why ethical claim handling is so important.  She will cover the National Association for Insurance Commissioners Model Rules and explain several benefits of ethically handling claims.  She will also discuss some ethical issues concerning remote work.  Department of Insurance continuing education credit is approved for this webinar for the states of AL, DE, FL, IA, ID, IL, MO, MS, NC, TX, VA, WV and WY.  Applications for credit are pending in the states of CA, CO, GA, IN, NE, NJ, NM, NV and OK.
