Program Overview
In June of 2020, the Supreme Court of the United States interpreted “sex discrimination” as prohibited by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to include discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity. In light of this decision, every company to which Title VII applies, and especially their HR professionals, needs to be aware of certain best practices involving this class of employees. The purpose of this presentation is to advise of these best practices.
