PRESENTATION REVIEW
Strategic Doing is a methodology that enables people to form action-oriented collaborations quickly, move them towards measurable outcomes, and adjust along the way. It answers these four questions: what could we do, what should we do, what will we do and what’s our action plan. This methodology is particularly effective when a team is working on a project and the members don’t report to each other. Strategic Doing gives equity of voice to those around the table.
