Identify the organization’s current OC, the desired OC needed for a competitive
advantage and the gaps that exist.
Using The OC Equation™ develop and implement the OC strategy needed to achieve
the business strategy, including hiring, rewarding and firing.
Using The OC Equation™, incorporate the organization’s OC into the development and communication of the organization’s purpose, mission, vision, values and philosophies and support with consistent, predictable actions that drive high employee engagement and performance.
Evaluate internal and external branding to ensure it’s consistent with stated values, philosophies and actions.
Reinforce the organization’s core values and philosophies through actions and behaviors, creating a strong, positive OC that engages employees and gets results.

An Employee Assistance Program, also known as an “EAP” is a worksite-based program designed to assist work organizations in addressing productivity issues, and to assist employees in identifying and resolving personal concerns that may affect job performance.
This presentation will focus on the benefits for employees, supervisors, and organizations through EAP participation. Participants will gain insight into how to empower employee wellness through EAP referrals.
Learning Objectives:
1. Recognize the indicators of a job performance problem
2. Understand how an EAP can be an effective management tool.
3. Identify techniques that will aid in constructively approaching an employee and procedures for referring a person to the EAP.
